WHAT: Dear Community is proud to announce our 2nd annual gala: Resilient Rabbit Gala🐰 This event is a celebration of our old and new supporters and most importantly- a way for us to say THANK YOU. This year we are highlighting the themes of RESILIENCE: spring, growth, unity. Resilience means to be able to work through adversity and (RABBIT) bounce back from difficult times. The year of the Rabbit evokes calm, peace and gentleness and this is a great reminder for us to slow down(be kind to ourselves) and reflect on our journey thus far. Our goal is to continue providing events that uplift the API community and its allies, so help us make this dream remain a reality!

WHY:  Our annual fundraising gala is our main source of receiving donations and will ensure that we are able to continue operating our current programs, grow our staff, compensate API creatives and businesses and support other fellow nonprofits in the space. We can’t wait to share our growing community and talk about future plans with you. Come meet the family as we make our mark in San Francisco. ♥️

We will be hosting our gala at a local restaurant to stay true to our goal of supporting small businesses- stay tuned for more details. And if you were at our Crouching Tiger Gala last year you know what’s up. Bring your dancing shoes because we’ll be hopping on that dance floor all night long.
