On Sunday, May 7, our community partners Self Help for the Elderly and the Outer Sunset Farmer's Market are co-hosting the first Sunset Health & Wellness Fair! Come out to the Farmer's Market on Sunday, May 7 to meet your neighbors, find health services from local providers, and support your local farmers!

May is also Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental Health has long been stigmatized in the Chinese community and is beginning to be recognized as a real and important issue. We welcome all of our neighbors to take the steps to address their overall health, from your physical body, to your mental health, to your social well being.

5 月 7 日星期日，我們的社區合作夥伴 安老自助處 和 外日落區農貿市場 將共同舉辦首屆日落區健康街會 ！ 5 月 7 日星期日，請到農貿市場來認識您的鄰居，當地服務提供者那裡尋找醫療健康服務，並支持您的當地農民。

五月也是心理健康宣傳月。長期以來，心理健康在華人社區一直被污名化，現在開始被視為一個真實而重要的問題。我們歡迎所有的鄰居採取措施來解決他們的整體健康問題，從您的身體到您的心理，再到您的社交健康。
